Castrol Cyltech 80 AW is a premium marine diesel engine cylinder lubricant with a Base Number (BN) of 80 and antiwear technology. The product provides protection against corrosive wear of cylinder liners and piston rings of large 2-stroke engines, especially when the vessels are operating under slow steaming conditions.

Cyltech 80 AW is suitable for the cylinder lubrication of crosshead engines operating on high sulphur residual fuel, typically above 3%. It is also recommended especially when vessels operate under slow steaming conditions when engines operate at reduced power.
