Hydrolubric® 123-B is a synthetic water additive specifically designed to meet the needs of central water systems using reciprocating piston, multi-stage centrifugal or multi-stage gear pumps. The fluid provides a film on metal surfaces that reduces friction and protects against aqueous corrosion. It also contains additives to protect systems from bacterial and fungal activity. Hydrolubric 123-B is readily dispersible in water and completely compatible with conventional soluble oils, industrial ethylene, propylene glycol, and commercial permanent antifreeze. It is also biodegradable and offers advantages in handling and disposal.
