Houghton’s Ensis™ PL 1608 is a rust-preventive pre-lube oil for automotive-grade cold rolled steel sheet and coated strip. The product meets the German VDA 230-201 specification, exhibits excellent drawing properties, and is easily removed with water-based cleaners. The product can also be used as a rust preventive on rolled sheet steel and coated strip to provide corrosion protection during storage and transit.
