QUAKERCOOL® 7102 is a proven heavy-duty machining and grinding fluid used in operations requiring a high degree of cleanliness, lubrication, cooling, and corrosion protection. This product contains a non-sulfurized, nonchlorinated extreme-pressure additive for superior machining characteristics. It forms a micro-emulsion that maintains the desirable characteristics of a semisynthetic. It exhibits fines handling ability during grinding operations and is very low-foaming, even when used with soft water and in high pressure applications (>80 bar / 1160 psi). QUAKERCOOL® 7102 effectively resists microbiological growth, including mycobacteria.
