Q8 Beethoven VNF-2 is recommended for all general light to medium machining operations, especially those in CNC machines, Machining Centres, Flexible Manufacturing Systems and centralised systems. It gives excellent surface finish and is suitable for all types of materials including high tensile steels, yellow metals and aluminium. Q8 Beethoven VNF-2 provides lubrication at the tool tip and chip interface, helping prevent built up edge. When using Q8 Beethoven VNF-2 for grinding operations it keeps the grinding wheel in good condition, and readily separates from grinding debris in the filters.
