Q8 BRAHMS NU is recommended for all kinds of metal forming by presswork giving excellent results in a variety of operations on ferrous metals, aluminium alloys, copper alloys and light presswork in stainless steel. It was originally devised for the flow forming of aerospace parts in high alloy steels and nimonics. The lubricant has an high film strength and can produce a substantial reduction in tool wear, and machine power consumption. Surface finishes are improved on all materials and in most metal forming operations. There are no harmful fogging or unpleasant odours from this product, and it protects presses and tools against rust and corrosion. Q8 BRAHMS NU is made so finished parts can easily be cleaned of residual oil by water washing or steam cleaning.
