This product is recommended for heavy machining operations. Especially recommended for operations involving very heavy cuts and high stock removal where an excellent surface finish is of prime importance. Also recommended for use in machine shops where oil mist can be a problem. Operations include heavy duty turning, threading, automatic work, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, gear hobbing and shaping. Excellent results are also achieved with broaching and drawing. Q8 Bach AD gives excellent performance on all steels including high tensile and high alloy steels. Not suitable for use with non ferrous metals.
