Aral Sarol NFM is a biostabile, chlorine and nitrite free, water miscible cutting fluid based on mineral oil. This product is formulated for processing copper, brass and other non-ferrous metal alloys. An efficient formulation and selective raw materials keeps Sarol NFM from a soap formation and therefore green discolouration of the emulsion is prevented. Soap deposits which cause bonding on machine and workpieces is prevented. Aral Sarol NFM is free from secondary amines. As a result, a formation of stable nitrosamines is not possible. TRGS 611 is completely fulfilled. This product has a long emulsion service life, good corrosion protection properties, good skin compatibility and is mild in odour. Aral has successfully submitted this product to the strict requirements of the high-quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001.
