Aral Emulsol 230 EP is a very stable, high mineral content, water miscible cutting fluid. The excellent bacterium resistance and the adequate service life of the emulsions is achieved through the synergetic preservative combination. Aral Emulsol 230 EP is free from secondary amines. Through special product formulation, a formation of stable nitrosamines is not to be expected even under unfavorable conditions. The requirements of TRGS 611 are totally fulfilled. Aral has successfully submitted this product to the strict requirements of the high-quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001.
