Petro-Canada Compressor Oils RP 268 and RP 460 have been specifically designed for the lubrication of natural gas compressor cylinders and rod packings that have forcefeed lubrication systems and operate on sour, wet or contaminated natural gas. RP Compressor Oils are formulated using specially selected base oils and an advanced, barium-free, non-fatty additive package. They demonstrate excellent high-temperature stability, very good lubricity and wear protection while minimizing deposit formation in severe operating conditions. RP Compressor Oils resist being diluted and washed away by condensed light hydrocarbons.
